These terms apply to browsing the ctadel.eu website and its documentation. A customer’s use of the Ctadel application is governed by its service contract, not by this document. Translation provided for information; the French version prevails.
Purpose
The site presents the Ctadel product and its documentation. It requires no account; the only form is the demonstration request, received by a Ctadel service.
Access
The site is free to access. Ctadel may change its content, suspend access for maintenance or withdraw it, without notice. The public demonstration at demo.ctadel.eu shows fictitious data and may be reset at any time.
Use
You agree not to disrupt the operation of the site or of the demonstration, not to attempt to bypass their protections, and not to use them to collect data about third parties.
Intellectual property
See the legal notice. The documentation may be quoted with attribution.
Personal data
The processing of personal data related to browsing the site is described in the privacy policy.
Liability
The site is provided as is. Technical descriptions are written from the product’s code and kept up to date with each release; they are not a contractual commitment.

Ctadel may change these terms. The update date appears at the top of the page; the online version applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. The French courts have sole jurisdiction.
