Privacy policy

This policy covers the ctadel.eu website. The processing carried out by the Ctadel application for a customer is described in its service contract and in the documentation, Service security section. Translation provided for information; the French version prevails.

Data controller

The controller of the data collected on ctadel.eu is Ctadel, reachable at contact@ctadel.eu.

Data collected

The site sets no cookie. Three categories of data are processed:

  • The demonstration request form: your name, email address, company, clouds in use and message, received by a Ctadel service (webhook.ctadel.eu, hosted by Scaleway in France) and emailed to the team, with no third-party provider. The service keeps the sending IP address for one hour to limit abuse. This data is kept for three years from the last exchange, on the basis of pre-contractual measures (article 6.1.b of the GDPR).
  • The emails you send us: your name, address, company and the content of your message, kept for three years from the last exchange, on the basis of your consent (article 6.1.a of the GDPR) or of pre-contractual measures (article 6.1.b).
  • Web server logs: IP address, browser, pages visited, date, kept for twelve months for the security and proper operation of the site, on the basis of our legitimate interest (article 6.1.f).

Recipients

Your data is intended for the Ctadel team only. It is hosted by Scaleway SAS in France. No data is transferred outside the European Union and none is passed on to a third party.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, which you can exercise by writing to contact@ctadel.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), the French supervisory authority.
