Ctadel is a hosted platform. There is nothing to install on your side, only a Ctadel account and at least one cloud account to connect.
1. Create your account
Use the contact form to request an invitation. We provision a tenant for your organisation and send you an invite email with a sign-up link.
When you click the link, you'll set a password and verify your email address. You become the first Admin of your tenant.
2. Connect your first cloud account
Once signed in, the next step is to add a cloud provider. Open Integrations, Cloud providers, pick the cloud, and follow the wizard.

3. Invite your team
Go to Settings, Users & Roles.
- Click Invite member.
- Enter the user's email and pick a role.
- The user receives an email with a magic link. They set their password and join.

4. (Optional) Wire alerting before connecting clouds
If you connect a cloud account first, you may receive a flood of findings without anywhere to send them. We recommend setting up at least one alert channel beforehand:
- Slack, fastest for a security team.
- Email, daily or weekly digest.
- Webhook, feeds into your SIEM, ticketing, or on-call.
